Ordering & Production
Why does it take time to receive my order?
Every item at Bully & Brave is made-to-order, meaning we don't keep pre-made inventory sitting in a warehouse. When you place an order, we custom print your item just for you. This approach ensures quality, reduces waste, and allows us to offer a wide variety of designs without overproduction.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders arrive within 7-14 business days. This includes 2-7 days for production and 5-7 days for shipping. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because production begins quickly after you order, we can only cancel or modify orders within a few hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately at contact@bullyandbrave.com if you need to make changes.
Products & Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend reviewing the measurements carefully and comparing them to a similar item you already own for the best fit.
What if my item doesn't fit?
Since items are custom made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please double-check the size chart before ordering.
What are your products made of?
We use high-quality materials for all our apparel. Specific fabric details are listed on each product page.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon!
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Use that link to track your package.
Returns & Quality
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We stand behind our quality! If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Can I return an item I don't like?
Because items are custom printed for each order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, color preference, or sizing issues. We only accept returns for defective or damaged items.
