Processing & Fulfillment

All Bully & Brave products are made-to-order to reduce waste and ensure quality. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 5-7 business days before shipment.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options for U.S. orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after fulfillment
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after fulfillment (where available)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

International Shipping

We ship to select international markets. Delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7-21 business days after fulfillment, depending on customs processing.

Important: Duties & Taxes for UK and Australia

United Kingdom and Australia orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Bully & Brave wants to make the shopping experience as seamless as possible for our UK and Australia customers—we are currently in the waiting period for our VAT registration to enable duty-paid checkout in these markets.

In the meantime, this means:

  • Duties, taxes, VAT, and customs fees are NOT included in your order total
  • You (the customer) are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or customs charges upon delivery
  • Your carrier or customs authority will contact you directly to collect these fees before final delivery
  • Bully & Brave cannot estimate these charges as they vary by product value, classification, and local regulations

We recommend contacting your local customs office if you have questions about potential duties or taxes for your order.

Other International Markets

For other international destinations, duties and taxes handling may vary. Details will be provided at checkout where applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot modify addresses once an order enters fulfillment. Contact us immediately at Contact@Bullyandbrave.com if you need to update your address before fulfillment begins.
