At Bully & Brave, each item is custom-made specifically for you after you place your order. Because of this made-to-order process, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our products.

To report a damaged or defective product:

  • Include your order number in your email
  • Provide clear photos showing the damage or defect

We will review your claim and respond promptly with next steps for your replacement or refund.

Quality Guarantee

We carefully inspect each item before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. If there is a printing error, material defect, or shipping damage, we will make it right.
