At Bully & Brave, we take pride in creating high-quality, made-to-order apparel. Because each item is custom printed specifically for you, we have the following return and exchange policy:

Defective or Damaged Items

We will gladly replace or refund any item that arrives defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defective or damaged item
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll review your case and provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send you the correct item right away.

Size Exchanges & Returns

Because our products are made-to-order and custom printed for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Color preferences

Please review our size charts carefully before ordering to ensure the best fit.
